SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
Q: Are there any duties and taxes applicable?
A: For customers in India, Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For orders shipped outside of India, products are dispatched on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on our website are exclusive of any applicable import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes.
As the recipient, you are solely responsible for the payment of any such duties, taxes, and charges that may be imposed by the customs authorities in your country. These charges must be paid at the time of delivery in order for the shipment to be released by local customs.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information regarding applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.
Q: Can I change the shipping address of the order?
A: Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team at the earliest.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Product will be delivered in 7 – 10 days depending on the outfit ordered. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

1. Complete payment is not received
2. Incorrect/inaccurate address details
3. No response from the customer
Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.

Q: Is there any limit to the quantity I can order?
A: No, there’s no limit. Shop your heart out!
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, Also you can visit our website and track the journey of your order in real time!
Q: What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?
A: In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery.
They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.

Q: Are the colors of the products shown on the website accurate?
A: We ensure that our pieces are shot in standard light giving colours truest and nearest to our pieces. However, due to the intricacy of work involved in our pieces, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product.
Q: I am based out of India and want to place an order for delivery in India. Can I do that?
A: Yes, you can have your order delivered to India by placing it from anywhere in the world. Please ensure you enter the correct PIN code in the shipping address.
